Self-serve is available at your convenience with our outdoor chest freezer in the driveway. Instructions are clearly labeled for your convince. We operate on a flexible schedule to meet your needs. We make our best effort to be open and available from 9 am to 5 pm Monday - Saturday, with some exceptions. If you need assistance, to schedule a pick/up or delivery please call - we're always available by phone at 519-200-1449.

Sundays are self-serve only. Please call if you require assistance.

As a home-based business, standard business hours don't apply.

Our pure filtered ice meets the standards set by the Ministry of Health for consumable goods. In addition, we have obtained our Food Handling Certification from the Canadian Institute of Food Safety, and so has our staff! We keep up to date with this additional certification to provide our customers with the highest quality of product.
